Membership Agreement
This Membership Agreement explains the automatic renewal service provided with Ontoa subscriptions. The service is designed to help members keep subscription benefits active when the current membership period is about to expire.
When you choose a subscription, you authorize Apple and the App Store payment system to charge the payment method linked to your Apple ID for the next billing cycle, according to the subscription plan you selected and the rules of the payment channel.
Billing Cycle
Ontoa may offer weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly subscription plans. The available plans and prices are displayed in the app and on the App Store. After purchase, the subscription period will renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Automatic Renewal Rules
- If you activate automatic renewal, you agree that the payment channel may process renewal charges according to Apple App Store rules.
- Unless you cancel the subscription yourself, the renewal authorization remains active for future billing cycles.
- If a renewal charge succeeds, the corresponding Ontoa membership period will be activated or extended.
- Subscription pricing, offers, and available plans may vary according to the information shown in the app or App Store at the time of purchase.
Cancellation Method
On Apple devices, open the App Store, tap your Apple account avatar, enter Account, choose Subscriptions, select Ontoa, and cancel the subscription. Cancellation takes effect according to Apple App Store subscription rules.
You acknowledge that subscription status updates may take time to appear. Before cancellation is completed, renewal instructions already processed by the payment channel may remain valid under Apple rules.
